Day One
Welcome to Sydney! Famous for its golden beaches, spectacular architecture and magnificent harbour, it is the birthplace of the Australian nation.
A magical welcome reception will kick start this unforgettable program at one of the restored historic buildings in The Rocks area or perhaps above the city lights with uninterrupted views or even a Sunset Harbour Cruise.
Day Two
See the iconic sights of this beautiful city either by luxury coach or for something different vintage car or motorcycle. Afterwards enjoy a sumptuous lunch at one of Australia’s world renowned art galleries followed by a private tour of an exhibition of your choice and even a cultural performance.
For dinner this evening there is no shortage of choices. Entertain your guests at a world class fine dining restaurant or within the grounds of Sydney’s Zoo, surrounded by the sounds of Australian Wildlife or maybe you prefer the sounds of waves crashing at a beachside restaurant at Bondi or Balmoral Beach...
Day Three
Did you know that just over two hours from Sydney you are within the World Heritage listed National Park of the Blue Mountains?
En-route to this breathtaking area your group can get up close and personal with Koalas, Kangaroos, Wombats and many other uniquely Australian flora and fauna at a renowned wildlife park. The journey then continues on to the beautiful Blue Mountains where there will be many photo opportunities along the way. Guests will enjoy a sumptuous lunch at one of Katoomba’s leading venues with breathtaking views over the spectacular Echo Point and the legendary Three Sisters.
To enhance this day guests can travel to and/or from the area by helicopter or vintage steam train. These ‘wow factor’ options can be further maximised by incorporating details such as red carpet and champagne upon arrival on the airstrips or memorable Australian characters in-costume serving high tea and providing entertainment on board the steam train.
After today’s journey guests can enjoy an evening at leisure or a coordinated dine around including transfers or perhaps a performance at the Sydney Opera House.
Day Four
A must-do during your time in Sydney is a Sailing Regatta on Sydney Harbour. Your group will join one of the luxury sailing yachts and be part of the crew. Trim the sails or have a try on the helm as you navigate our way past Sydney's historical attractions, luxury homes and beautiful bays and beaches. Or if you prefer just sit back and relax as you glide under sail around Sydney’s world famous harbour.
The finishing line of the regatta can be located near picturesque Rose Bay or Watsons Bay where guests can disembark straight in to a fresh seafood restaurant for lunch and presentations for the winning teams.
Tonight your group will farewell Sydney with an extravagant gala dinner leaving the taste of Sydney’s sophistication with them long after they leave. Whether it be an historical site on Sydney Harbour or a scenic marquee site on the foreshore.
This night can be enhanced with live entertainment, customised firework displays and a premium level of theming that will deliver an unforgettable dinner for even the most well travelled group.
Day Five
For a change of scenery and temperature, guests can travel to Tropical North Queensland. This area is home to the Daintree Rainforest and also the Great Barrier Reef: the largest marine park in the world and one of the seven Natural Wonders.
To slow down the pace to more of a tropical, relaxed atmosphere a casual pool or beachside barbeque can be arranged under the lights of the Southern Hemisphere sky. If you have more of a formal evening in mind, this can be still be incorporated in a tropical outdoor setting with various theming concepts such as ‘Ties,Tiaras and Toes’ where guests dress in formal attire but can still feel the sand beneath their feet.
Day Six
When in the Tropics a visit to the Natural Wonder, The Great Barrier Reef is always on the list. Spanning more than 2,300km along the northeast coast of Australia, The Great Barrier Reef is the largest natural feature on earth.
The group can enjoy a full day Great Barrier Reef experience where they can partake in a number of activities, including guided snorkelling tours, coral and fish viewing, informative talks by a marine biologists or introductory and certified diving.

To enhance this day further, exclusive vessel charters to and from the reef can be arranged as well as a private reef pontoon where the fun really begins! Guests can also be transferred to the reef pontoon via helicopter with spectacular views over the reef. Corporate branding that is visible from the air can be organised to welcome the group to the reef (environmental restrictions may apply).
After a long day on the Great Barrier Reef, tonight guests are free to enjoy a local restaurant or dining option of their choice, with the evening at their leisure.
Day Seven
Today the group can experience the Daintree Rainforest, a popular option for groups of all budgets. This lush Emerald green area is bursting with local flora and fauna species. Quite the contrast to the day before, the group can be guided through the lush rainforest over boardwalks and tree canopies for unhindered views of the area.
A casual lunch can then be enjoyed at one of the many dedicated areas within one of the world’s oldest rainforests. To gain aerial views of this beautiful area, a trip to the small village of Kurunda can be arranged by scenic cable car or a scenic train journey.
This evening, after some time back at the hotel, guests can embark on a journey further into the rainforest to find themselves at a clearing, where a fine dining experience awaits! Costumed hosts will welcome the guests to the forest, handing each guest a candle whilst motioning them to wander into the forest, following a flame lit path. Area enhancement lighting, other characters and flame displays can be used to maximise the wow factor of this unique rainforest setting.
Two Aboriginal elders can be organised to await the group where they begin the 5000 year old story of their ancestral past in the area. Once the story concludes, guests will follow the elders to another clearing to find an elaborate dinner set up under a decorated marquee with elegantly dressed tables and decorations to make this the magical farewell of an amazing trip downunder!
Day Eight
Following breakfast, guests will transfer to Cairns International Airport for their flight back home.
