Our in-house team has the experience and creativity to tailor an exciting and successful social program to delight your participants. Skilled in logistical planning, technical production, catering, staffing, entertainment and multi-media, our years of experience and expertise ensure events which both complement your program and provide outstanding highlights. From the high end red carpet Gala evening to a raucous Australiana event complete with bush dancing and whip cracking, our Special Event team will plan a unique evening tailored to your groups specifications.

We can offer as little or as much assistance as you need……. We can develop a fully interactive website for your program which outlines full details of the program. Guests can utilise this website to register online and pay for any optional activities or pre / post program extensions prior to their arrival. Registrations are live and 24-hour bookings are available. Guests also have the ability to change their own data if need be. All payments are made via our secure server, and our Delegate Services team will liaise directly with your participants to ensure all of their requirements are taken care of. Our registration system also offers our clients an online password accessed webpage where they can pull reports hourly / daily / weekly to monitor registrations / tour sign-up.

Tour Hosts has a dedicated accommodation department that will work with you to relieve you of the challenges that group accommodation can present. We will provide a range of accommodation to suit all budgets and block book the expected number of hotel rooms. Through our industry buying power we will negotiate and offer you competitive accommodation rates.
