Conference Tours

With arinex pty limited recognized as Australia’s leading Conference Management Company, our Conference Tours division provides a complementary service to our conference and exhibition clients. Delegates and their accompanying persons wish to enjoy the surroundings of their conference which results in the day tours and pre and post tours program being an integral part of the conference’s success.

Upon appointment, one of our Senior Tour Managers will be allocated to your program. To ensure accurate program tailoring we begin with discussions of your past programs and an understanding of the demographics of your attendees. Programs are designed for all nationalities with specific attention to cultural and dietary needs. Once we have a firm grasp of your requirements we will prepare a detailed tour proposal designed to complement your Conference agenda.

Any or all of the following services can be provided:

Prepare copy (descriptions and conditions) for publications
Design tour booking forms for hard copy and online usage
Receive and process booking forms (preferred method is via email or website)
Communicate direct with participants in respect of tour bookings & enquiries
Marketing of tours and excursions to Conference delegates including regular E-mail announcements (as approved by client)
Receive and manage payments for tour bookings including GST collection
Staff a Tours Desk on site at the Conference to assist with any delegate enquiries and requests on what to do and see in Conference location
Provide reports to client at agreed periods as to the progress of tour sales
If required, provide a post Conference report on the tours program
